Runners Treating Runners
“Runners Treating Runners” is our comprehensive physical therapy program that focuses on meeting the specific needs of injured runners. We evaluate the entire runner—not just their localized problem—to give them every opportunity to achieve their running goals.
We can create custom orthotics, deal with muscle tightness and imbalances, assess and treat joint restrictions, test for nerve tightness and referred pain, evaluate long-standing issues and complications, assess running gait dynamics and help with safely returning to training and long-term maintenance to avoid future problems.
You will work one-on-one with one of our three physical therapists who were all collegiate runners and went through their own fair share of running-related injuries and surgeries
